EUC Engineering has been awarded the job to assist in the scoping of a project related to the train loadout facility at two Pilbara iron ore mines.  The work will include workshops held on site for a discussion between stakeholders of the key risk issues and how the project scope needs to be tailored to address those issue.  The workshops will run across two days and deal with the site specific issues of each facility.  The risk issues to be addressed include project risks as well as hazards to be addressed in the design and implementation.  Contact Mike Dean on +61 (0)448 103 028 for more information on this project or if you would like to know more about the area of risk issue identification.

EUC Engineering has been given the job of facilitating and reporting on a half day workshop to carry out a HAZOP on a series of sumps and sump pumps providing flood mitigation measures for a Pilbara iron ore mine.  Contact Mike Dean on +61 (0)448 103 028 for more information on this project or if you would like to know more about HAZOPs.

EUC Engineering is providing a HAZOP facilitator for an Engineering Service Provider's FEED stage HAZOP for its Oil & Gas Clients new reservoir development project.  The project involves a number of new subsea wells, subsea pipelines and modules, including a multi-phase pump (MPP), with a subsea tie-in to an existing platform.  The subsea production fluids will be treated on the platform which will require some modifications to the process design to accommodate these.  The HAZOP will extend over 5 days and will be conducted in the end-user's offices in Perth WA.  Contact Mike Dean on +61 (0)448 103 028 if you wish to know more about the HAZOP process and the benefits to process designers and end-users that this can give.
